There are many websites using it, but if you have problems, then you have to contact the ones that are managing the server where the apps are stored because there is no other way.
Also, turn off your Firewall and allow the A+LS Client Application to connect to the Internet. You can do this from the Windows Firewall. Go to Start and type Windows Firewall to access it.

Why is my system down for four days?
